They are extremely durable & will fill the space & gaps around any product. The protective chips are designed to mould around products, offering instant protection & are designed to minimise damage from shock, vibration & the movement of goods in the box.

EcoFlo is a leading environmentally friendly void fill packaging material. Supplied in 15 cubic ft. and 3 cubic ft. bags this is a maize-based starch void fill. Available in white, cylindrical in shape, this material is used as a protective packaging product. Our eco-friendly void fill provides an excellent ‘in-the-box’ packaging solution for protecting a wide range of products.

Manufactured from starch material, EcoFlo is a fully compostable void fill material & is 100% biodegradable. The product is fully soluble when saturated with water which takes away this issue of litter. It also conforms to EN13432.

The manufacturing process for our void fill material is a single-stage process (compared with the manufacturing process for the polystyrene version, which is multi-stage, uses more energy so is less environmentally friendly). Starch is also an annually renewable resource.
