Now We’re Storing offers amazing value-for-money, with a unique approach to storage for both domestic and commercial. We bring storage Pods to your door & load the things that you would ordinarily take yourself to a traditional storage facility. We will take away the frustration, expense (of a hire van etc) & inconvenience of having to use a self-storage facility again.

As soon as you’re ready for your items to be returned, simply log in to your Now We’re Storing account, and schedule the return of your storage Pod. We require between 2 -5 days notice then we’ll bring your belongings back to your door

Basically, Now We’re Storing is cheaper and you don’t have to transport your belongings to the self-storage location.

We come to your home.

Not only does Now We’re Storing provide safe, secure storage for your goods, we also make storage easy by doing all the lifting, driving & packing…. if you don’t want the hassle of doing it yourself.

Yes. All customers are required to pay a fully refundable security deposit prior to storing. The amount is dependent on the amount of space you request. The amount is usually the equivalent of one week’s storage fees (including VAT) for our storage rooms & 28 days of storage fees if you are a business customer. The deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the room or mess left after you have vacated.

No Hidden costs. You simply pay for the storage you need.

We need you to provide proof of insurance from your household cover or take out insurance through us.

Please refer to our space calculator where you can add your furniture in and literally watch it drop into our animated storage pod. Alternatively one of our helpful team can assist you with selecting the right size unit.

Yes, Now We’re Storing stores your items in secure storage facilities with 24/7 CCTV. Only authorised personnel are allowed near stored items, the storage facilities are closed to the public.

We can be flexible with dates and times and (if we have availability), we can move you the very next day or sometimes even on the same day. Moreso in the quieter months.

We would recommend that you get in touch sooner rather than later. Two – Four weeks’ notice is preferred, especially during busy periods (summer, bank, Easter & Christmas/New Year), we do in some cases book people two to three months in advance for larger household or office moves.

• Living things (e.g. fish, animals or house plants)
• Illegal/controlled substances of any kind
• Any Liquids
• Food/perishables
• Hazardous materials (i.e. anything containing gas, anything flammable, firearms, explosives, used tires, chemicals, radioactive/biological/toxic materials, anything containing asbestos)
• Any items that give off smells/fumes.

You can store items for as little as 4 weeks.

Yes, of course. We charge £30 per hour per loader to assist.

ACCESS VISITS: 09.00-16.00 Monday to Fridays (subject to availability. Any Appointments would need to be booked)

If you require the full service, we will come to your home, professionally pack & wrap your selected items into our strong double walled boxes, before safely carrying them to our storage pods in the van & then take your belongings back to our secure storage depot.

When you decide you need your items back, just inform us with 2-3 days notice, & one of our reputable storage removals team will deliver them safely to your home in their desired location. We can deliver your items in storage anywhere in the UK.

Simply get in touch with us or book online and inform us of your pick-up location, and we will come to you and collect all of your goods – you needn’t even wrap them if you’d rather we did!

We are very transparent, all of our prices displayed DO include VAT. Your invoice will show the VAT broken down for you, if you’re a vat registered business so you can recover it. When comparing prices, you should make sure that other storage company prices also include VAT – many of them don’t!
